ORVIA Oversight

Monthly programmes

Independent oversight shouldn’t begin only when something has gone wrong.

These are continuing professional relationships, not software subscriptions. You are not buying a licence or a login — you are keeping an independent pair of eyes on the organisation between the moments when it matters most.

All programmes begin with a three-month minimum so there is time for something to actually change. After that they run monthly, with thirty days’ written notice to change or end. Unused sessions do not roll forward.

Boundaries

What a programme does and does not cover

It does include

Scheduled review sessions, a written output every month, your ARVIA workspace, and a named person who knows your organisation without needing a recap.

It does not include

Legal advice, advocacy, representation at hearings, or contact with a regulator on your behalf. Those are not ours to give.

It is not a retainer for unlimited work

Larger pieces — a full mock assessment, an on-site day, a tender statement — are quoted separately at published add-on prices.

It is not an insurance policy

We reduce the chance of being caught out. Nobody can remove it, and anyone who says otherwise is selling something.

It does not lock you in

Three-month minimum so change has time to happen, then thirty days’ written notice. Your workspace and every document in it remain yours.

It is not software

The platform supports the relationship. The relationship is the product.

Not sure where to start? Most people are not.

Thirty minutes with us, free, no obligation and no sales script. Tell us what is going on and we will tell you what we can do, what we cannot, and roughly what it costs — before you commit to anything at all.
