Every Overwatch review runs through the same five stages, so you always know which part of the picture we are working on and what has not yet been established.
Observation
Start with the person, the event and the evidence. Record what is actually present before interpretation begins.
Reflection
Test context, competing explanations and the strength of the information. Ask what may be missing.
Visibility
Bring the chronology, relationships, gaps and decision trail into a form people can genuinely see and understand.
Insight
Identify what the evidence supports, what it does not support, what remains an indicator and what cannot yet be determined.
Accountability
Turn understanding into proportionate action, named ownership, follow-through and learning. New evidence can return the process to Observation.
Boundaries
What Overwatch is not
When something does not feel right, the answer is to see the whole picture — not to hand the question to a machine. Overwatch is human-led independent oversight supported by intelligent systems, and the boundary matters.
Not an automated investigator
No system reaches a conclusion here. Software helps assemble and organise material. A named person reviews every finding against source and signs anything consequential.
Not a regulator, solicitor or advocate
ORVIA has no statutory power and takes no side. That independence is precisely what makes the review worth having.
Not covert information gathering
We work from the material you hold and from lawful, checkable sources. We do not monitor people, and we say on the page where something is inference rather than record.
How it is delivered
Remote first, written always. You receive a scope note before work starts and a written output at the end. Nothing consequential leaves without a named person signing it.
