Operational Coordination

Structured intake, triage, allocation, situational awareness, action tracking, handover and post-incident learning for complex operational work.

Where this stands today. Operational coordination is delivered by our people, using written process. The intake, triage, allocation and incident-lifecycle software described here is a product direction in development — it is not a function of the ORVIA Track application you can use today. See what is working today.

What this is

ORVIA's operational coordination capability brings intake, triage, priorities, actions, owners, intelligence gaps and handovers into one disciplined operating picture. ATAC is used within this capability where appropriate; Major Incident is treated as an operating mode rather than a disconnected brand.

Intake and triage

Capture what has happened, assess priority and identify what needs immediate attention.

Allocation and ownership

Give actions clear owners, priorities and status rather than leaving work in unstructured messages.

Operational log

Maintain a chronological record of material updates, actions and decisions.

Situation and intelligence gaps

Separate what is known, what is reported and what still needs to be established.

Major Incident lifecycle

Support OPEN, ACTIVE, STABILISING, RECOVERY, REVIEW and CLOSED stages where a major-incident structure is appropriate.

Handover and learning

Produce clearer handovers, recovery actions and post-incident learning.

Major Incident & Planning · in development

The incident lifecycle we are building towards

ORVIA is developing the next layer of its operational-awareness capability, to bring incident information, location awareness, objectives, actions, decisions, safeguarding considerations and recovery planning into one structured picture. None of this is a function of the application you can use today, and we will not sell it as though it were. It is shown here so you can see the direction.

01

OPEN

An incident is declared, with type, time and who holds command.

02

ACTIVE

Response under way: objectives, actions, owners and risks kept current.

03

STABILISING

The situation stops worsening; effort shifts from reaction to control.

04

RECOVERY

Response turns into restoration, with people and services still visible.

05

REVIEW

What happened, what was decided and why, examined against the record.

06

CLOSED

Learning, recommendations and follow-through, with the incident formally ended.

How it is delivered
