What this is
ORVIA's operational coordination capability brings intake, triage, priorities, actions, owners, intelligence gaps and handovers into one disciplined operating picture. ATAC is used within this capability where appropriate; Major Incident is treated as an operating mode rather than a disconnected brand.
Intake and triage
Capture what has happened, assess priority and identify what needs immediate attention.

The incident lifecycle we are building towards
ORVIA is developing the next layer of its operational-awareness capability, to bring incident information, location awareness, objectives, actions, decisions, safeguarding considerations and recovery planning into one structured picture. None of this is a function of the application you can use today, and we will not sell it as though it were. It is shown here so you can see the direction.
OPEN
An incident is declared, with type, time and who holds command.
ACTIVE
Response under way: objectives, actions, owners and risks kept current.
STABILISING
The situation stops worsening; effort shifts from reaction to control.
RECOVERY
Response turns into restoration, with people and services still visible.
REVIEW
What happened, what was decided and why, examined against the record.
CLOSED
Learning, recommendations and follow-through, with the incident formally ended.

How it is delivered
Remote first, written always. You receive a scope note before work starts and a written output at the end. Nothing consequential leaves without a named person signing it.
