ORVIA Memberships

Structured access. Trusted oversight. Ongoing connection with the ORVIA methodology.

Independent oversight should not end when the report is delivered. Membership gives organisations continuing access to structured challenge, review and human-approved assurance through an agreed programme of support.

Why join ORVIA

Oversight that continues after the report.

Risk rarely announces itself. Membership creates an agreed rhythm of independent review, structured challenge and human-approved assurance — so nothing important quietly drifts.

An ongoing rhythm

An agreed cadence of independent review, challenge and assurance across the membership year — not a one-off report that ages on a shelf.

Human-approved assurance

Every finding, recommendation and conclusion is reviewed and approved by an authorised human before release. AI supports the work; it never signs it off.

A secure workspace

A member-only working area for evidence, reviews and correspondence — held inside ORVIA-controlled systems, separate from other engagements.

Priority access

Faster response for members on scoping conversations and reviews, subject to capacity — and preferential rates on additional project work outside the agreed scope.

What membership looks like

A named human, not a helpdesk.

Membership is not a subscription. It is a working relationship — briefings you can act on, and a named human at the other end of the line.

A home-office desk with a laptop, an open notebook, a mug and three briefing pages held together with a small navy paperclip.
Briefings you can read at your desk. Short, dated, footnoted — delivered to the person named on your scope.
An ORVIA practitioner stands at an office window on a considered phone call, a navy notebook on the desk in front of her.
A human at the other end of the line. When a matter is urgent, you speak to a named person — not a ticket.
Membership levels

Four levels. One method.

Detailed entitlements are agreed after Gate One and a full scope review. Fees are agreed after Gate One so they reflect the work genuinely required.

What members receive

Considered, human-approved deliverables.

ORVIA reports are structured, footnoted and human-approved. Every finding is traceable to the evidence it rests on.

Sector membership

The membership framework is being prepared for:

Care providers Commissioners Schools & education Charities Housing providers Businesses Multi-site organisations

Family membership model in development. A family model, if approved, will be a separate product with its own boundaries, scope, cancellation terms and safeguarding model. It will not sit inside the organisational membership.

How review happens

Remote and on-site reviews.

Remote and on-site work are not equivalent — they serve different questions.

Remote evidence review

Review of agreed documents, records and evidence through the secure ORVIA process. May include evidence testing, governance review, decision-pathway review, policy-to-practice comparison and human-approved findings.

On-site independent review

ORVIA attends the service or organisation to examine operational reality, culture, leadership, practice and lived experience. Requires separate scoping. May be included in enhanced levels or purchased separately. Subject to availability, risk and access arrangements.

Beyond the membership scope

Additional project work.

Membership does not include unlimited ORVIA work. Where additional work is required, ORVIA will explain the reason, scope and fee before proceeding.

Major incident review Complex safeguarding review Multi-site review Thematic review Board-level assurance Evidence reconstruction Intensive inspection prep Specialist reports Commissioned independent review
