From first contact to a numbered report
Eight stages. Every one of them produces something you can see, question and keep. This page shows the shape of an ORVIA review without showing anyone’s case.

Before O · Threshold
Contact
A short enquiry form and a calm scoping conversation. You tell us what has happened and what you need to understand. Nobody is asked to explain everything in one message, and no evidence is uploaded at this stage.
ORVIA outputEnquiry record and initial question.
Enquiry
Please do not upload or send confidential evidence at this stage. If the matter proceeds, ORVIA will provide secure transfer instructions.
Threshold
Threshold
Conflict check, service boundary check and written scope. We confirm what ORVIA can and cannot properly do with your matter, and we put the question, the fee, the timescale and the consent position in writing before any work starts.
ORVIA outputScope, fee, timescale and consent record.

Secure onboarding
You enter a private ORVIA workspace and evidence is transferred securely. Every document received is registered with its date, its source and its status, so that nothing arrives without a record of where it came from.
ORVIA outputNamed workspace and controlled document register.
| File | Received | Source | Status |
|---|---|---|---|

O · Observation
Observation
Records, accounts and context are registered without premature conclusions. We map what exists before deciding what it means, and we write down the issues the material raises rather than the answer we might prefer.

R · Reflection
Reflection
Material is classified and tested; fact, report, opinion and inference are separated. This single discipline changes how a record reads, because it stops a repeated opinion from behaving like an established fact.
ORVIA outputChronology, comparison table and question log.

V · Visibility
Visibility
Patterns, contradictions, gaps and human effects are brought together. A gap in the record is shown as a gap. A contradiction is shown as a contradiction. Neither is smoothed over to make the account read more neatly.
ORVIA outputVisual evidence pathway and gap analysis.
Recorded event Gap in the record Contradiction between accounts
I · Insight
Insight
The agreed question is answered within the limits of the evidence. Where the material supports a finding, we say so. Where it does not, we say that too, and we record what would have been needed to go further.
ORVIA outputDraft findings and limitations.
- [Draft finding 01]Confidence: high
- [Draft finding 02]Confidence: medium

- [Records for one period were not supplied.]
- [One account could not be corroborated.]
- [No clinical or legal opinion is offered.]
A · Accountability
Accountability
Human review, a factual accuracy stage and controlled issue. The report is numbered, the author and reviewer are named, and every action sits with an identifiable person. ORVIA does not replace the decision-maker.
ORVIA outputNumbered final report and clear next actions.

Start with a conversation, not a commitment
The first step is a scoping conversation at no cost, so that the question can be defined properly before anything is agreed. If ORVIA is not the right route for your matter, we will say so.
Privacy rule. All workspace and document images on this page are purpose-built demonstrations. ORVIA does not photograph or screenshot live client workspaces, real evidence, identifying chronology or genuine report content.
