The ORVIA Group All ORVIA
Fees & scope

Fees are agreed after Gate One so they reflect the work genuinely required.

ORVIA does not publish a fixed price list because independent oversight is not a product on a shelf. Every review is scoped after Gate One — with a written fee and scope you approve before anything starts.

Why there is no headline price on this page.

Because pricing before we've read the case would either be a lie or a menu. Neither is honest.

Gate One is a fixed-fee read of what you send us. Gate Two — the substantive work — is quoted after we've read Gate One and agreed the scope with you in writing.

Scope before quote

Why we scope before we quote

Two reasons. First, a fee set before we know what is actually needed either overcharges or undercharges — both are wrong. Second, publishing a headline price would signal that ORVIA is a commodity service. It is not.

The commercial pathway

Six steps from first conversation to written scope.

You never receive a surprise invoice. Every step is written down, agreed with you and signed off before the next one begins.

  1. 1 Free

    Triage or booking

You tell us what is happening in your own words. No payment, no commitment.

  2. 2 3 working days

    Gate One decision

A named human reads what you sent and decides whether ORVIA is the right route.

  3. 3 In writing

    Written scope & fee

A single-page scope letter setting out the work, the fee and the boundaries.

  4. 4 Your choice

    Written acceptance

Nothing begins until you have read the scope and confirmed acceptance in writing.

  5. 5 Stripe or BACS

    Payment issued

Secure Stripe link or invoice with BACS details. 50% on acceptance, 50% on delivery.

  6. 6 Gate Two active

    Delivery begins

The controlled work begins — human-led, evidence-first, always to the agreed scope.

Foundation route

If cost is a barrier

Case-by-case

Pro-bono and reduced-fee routes exist through ORVIA Foundation. Tell us and we will look.

Actual fee ranges are held internally and shared as part of the written scope. Nothing about a fee is verbal or assumed.

Payment terms

Clear, boring, in writing.

50 → 50

Standard split: 50% on scope acceptance, 50% on delivery.

Fixed-scope

Some items are quoted as a single fee payable in advance.

Stripe or BACS

Secure Stripe payment link, or invoice with BACS transfer.

Refunds & cancellation

Terms are written into every scope letter. No small print buried elsewhere.

ORVIA currently operates through a controlled founder-led model. Engagements are accepted only where the required capacity, competence and continuity arrangements are in place.
