How it is delivered
Remote first, written always. You receive a scope note before work starts and a written output at the end. Nothing consequential leaves without a named person signing it.

How we teach
Scenarios, not slides
Sessions are built around real situations: the difficult meeting, the decision that has to be justified later, the record that will be read by someone hostile. People practise saying the hard thing out loud, because that is the skill that actually fails under pressure.
