ORVIA Oversight

Family / Individual

Hundreds of pages do not automatically give you a clear picture.

ORVIA helps organise the chronology, sources, gaps and competing versions so you can understand what the records actually show before deciding what to do next.

Please do not send highly sensitive records through a general marketing enquiry form. Start with a short description of what you are trying to understand.

Family reviewing a large set of records
Start with clarity about the records — not another layer of noise.

What may be happening

You have the documents. You still do not have the picture.

01The timeline is unclear

Important events are spread across many records and are difficult to follow.

02Different records say different things

You need to see where accounts agree, conflict or leave important questions unanswered.

03You do not know what matters

Volume makes it difficult to separate material evidence from repetition or background.

04You need to explain it to someone else

A professional may need a usable chronology and evidence picture rather than a large unstructured bundle.

How ORVIA helps

Organise first. Interpret carefully. Do not claim more than the records support.

Chronology

A clearer sequence of material events drawn from the records in scope.

Evidence picture

What is supported, disputed, missing or cannot be determined from the available material.

Professional-ready starting point

A more usable way to explain the material to the next appropriate professional.

Relevant routes

Start with the evidence question.

Threshold

A structured independent read of material to understand what can actually be said from it.

FAQ

Family questions

Will ORVIA tell me who is right?

ORVIA will tell you what the available material supports, does not support or cannot determine. It will not manufacture certainty or take over the role of a court, lawyer, clinician or statutory professional.

Should I upload all my records straight away?

No. Start with a short enquiry about what you are trying to understand. Sensitive material should only be shared through an agreed route after scope and handling are clear.

Does ORVIA provide legal advice?

No. ORVIA can organise and analyse evidence within scope, but legal advice remains with an appropriately qualified legal professional.

Start with the question you need the records to answer.
