ORVIA Oversight

Care & Social Care

Your paperwork says what should happen. What would someone find in practice?

ORVIA independently compares the declared position, records, observable practice and people's experience, then helps turn material gaps into clear correction and ownership.

Independent review of evidence and operational reality.

Does this sound familiar?

The issue is often not the policy. It is the gap between the policy and reality.

01Records look complete but confidence is low

You need to know whether documentation reflects what is actually happening.

02Assurance is based on internal reporting

You want an independent test of the picture before somebody else tests it for you.

03Actions keep recurring

Problems are closed on paper but the same themes keep returning.

04Safeguarding trails are hard to follow

It is difficult to see what was known, decided, escalated and followed through.

05Calls and referrals are creating pressure

Routine calls interrupt delivery or enquiries are missed when teams are busy.

How ORVIA helps

VITA is the flagship route.

VITA tests the Four Realities — Declared, Documented, Observed and Experienced — and turns supported findings into correction, ownership, review and outcome.

Independent evidence picture

What the material supports, what it does not support and what remains uncertain.

Gap and action view

Material differences between policy, records, practice and experience.

Correction route

Clear actions, ownership and review points rather than a report that simply sits on a shelf.

Relevant routes

Choose the problem, not an internal product catalogue.

FAQ

Care-provider questions

Is ORVIA a regulator?

No. ORVIA provides independent evidence and assurance support and does not replace the regulator or the provider's statutory accountability.

Do you just review policies?

No. The ORVIA approach is specifically designed to compare what is declared and documented with what can be observed and experienced.

Is there a fixed VITA price?

No public fixed price is stated here. VITA is scoped to the review required.

Can Voice be included?

Voice is a separate communication solution and should only be considered where call handling, referrals or routine enquiries are genuinely part of the problem.
