## Packages (one-off, VAT included)
- **Foundation** — £1,950 one-off, VAT included: For an individual or a small organisation with a single matter that needs to be put in order and handed to a professional.
- **Professional** — £3,695 one-off, VAT included: For regulated providers who need the evidence organised and the operation reviewed at the same time, usually ahead of an assessment, contract or complaint.
- **Complete** — £5,950 one-off, VAT included: For multi-site or complex organisations, or where several linked matters need to be reconciled into one defensible position.

## Subscriptions (monthly, VAT included)
- **Assurance** — £250 per month: For newly registered or small services building the habits that keep evidence usable before anyone asks for it.
- **Operational** — £450 per month: For services actively delivering and strengthening leadership, oversight and recording at the same time.
- **Performance** — £850 per month: For established services working towards expansion, multi-site growth or a materially stronger assessment position.
- **Executive Oversight Partnership** — On application: For organisations needing senior oversight, sustained direction and long-term assurance. Scoped after a discovery conversation.

Three-month minimum term on all subscriptions, then 30 days’ written notice.
